Whilst I have experience across all of Salesforce’s key offerings I have a keen interest in Salesforce Field Service, becoming one of the first certified Consultants in the UK and a recognised SME for one of the largest Salesforce Partners in the world. In my spare time I play, coach and umpire hockey and cycle albeit at a much lower standard than Steve.

Curious by nature, with a love of food, cooking and discovering new experiences, she brings warmth, fresh thinking and a human perspective to her work.

Ricky is responsible for leading the delivery of complex Salesforce programmes for enterprise clients. He ensures every engagement is executed with strong governance, high quality, and a clear focus on measurable business outcomes. With deep experience in Salesforce delivery and programme leadership, Ricky works closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable, well-architected solutions. He also plays a key role in setting delivery standards and building high-performing teams across the business. Outside of work, Ricky can usually be found on the golf course or tackling his latest DIY project.
